Job Description

Role & responsibilities Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements, technical challenges, and provide appropriate solutions using the companys products. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers. Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries and provide post-sales technical support when needed. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and industry demand. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses. Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, HVAC, or engineering products. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical products and their applications. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Sales Skills: Proven ability in consultative selling and relationship management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
