Role & responsibilities Manage relationships with all customers in your sales area. Provide monthly updates on market trends and competitors to the Sales Manager. Keep customer data current with up-to-date leads and opportunities. Find new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry events. Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer support. Give technical presentations and product demos to customers. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical documents. Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Answer customer questions and solve technical issues before and after sales. Systematically approach new customers in specific market segments. Meet sales targets. Preferred candidate profile Engineering Graduate. MBA in International business/Marketing would be added advantage. 3-5 years experience of international sales in capital machines in Wire Harness or related industry. Good knowledge of English in word and writing Efficient in MS-Office High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
