Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our Field Services Sales team based in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing electrical products or solutions in the Telengana and Andhra Pradesh market . India Tel: +91 80 4953 4712, Key Responsibilities: Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience , with at least 3 years in managing sales of electrical products/solutions within a reputable organization. Demonstrated experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) sales , with a focus on managing a defined sales territory. Proven ability to manage and guide downline sales teams. Strong network and contacts with Electrical Consultants and Contractors in the region are mandatory . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Key Deliverables: Achieve sales and collection targets as assigned. Manage the entire sales cycle, from enquiry generation to payment recovery . Maintain existing business and secure new opportunities to grow market share in the Lightning Protection and Earthing Solutions sector.
