Job description Senior Sales Engineer - Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad, Telengana Experience: 5-8 Years Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics (Post-Graduation not mandatory) Industry: Electricals, Switchgears, Industrial Products, Power, Construction Materials, Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in managing sales of electrical products/solutions within a reputable organization. Demonstrated experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a focus on managing a defined sales territory. Proven ability to manage and guide downline sales teams. Strong network and contacts with Electrical Consultants and Contractors in the region are mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Key Deliverables: Achieve sales and collection targets as assigned. Manage the entire sales cycle, from enquiry generation to payment recovery. Maintain existing business and secure new opportunities to grow market share in the Lightning Protection and Earthing Solutions sector.
