Job Description

Sales Manager-AV

Drive
sales growth for AV solutions
including video conferencing (VC), unified communications, digital displays, audio systems, and collaboration technologies
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Manage and grow key enterprise and corporate accounts.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and strategic alliances
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and deal closure
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project teams to design customized AV solutions
Participate in tenders, RFPs, and large enterprise bids
Build and maintain
strong relationships with OEMs, partners, and system integrators
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AV technologies
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline reviews for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum
7+ years of experience
in AV / IT solution sales.
Strong understanding of AV products, solutions, and enterprise deployments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience handling enterprise customers, tenders, and large projects
Ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to OEMs such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Bose, Lenovo, Barco, etc.
Experience in B2B, enterprise, and corporate sales
Strong network within corporate and channel ecosystems
