Responsible for managing the complete RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) lifecycle from customer return requests to coordination with OEMs and closure. The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and efficient handling of IT hardware returns and replacements.
Minimum 6 years in RMA or returns management (preferably in IT/hardware)
