Job Description

Role Overview

Executive Accounts

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledger maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings in coordination with the compliance team.
Support audits by providing required documentation and reconciliation reports.
Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Maintain proper filing of financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for budget updates and monthly closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
: 1–3 years in core accounting or finance-related roles.
Skills
:

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage timelines and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
