Role Summary

digital demand generation and brand-building

Responsibilities

a) SEO / Website

Maintain and improve website pages (speed, UX, tracking), ensure on-page SEO and schema, publish technical content (case studies/spec sheets) mapped to priority keywords. (Website/SEO responsibility drawn and adapted from sample role expectations.)

Build and maintain keyword set for lightning/earthing use-cases; quarterly technical blog plan; internal/external link building with distributors/partners [to confirm].

b) Paid Media

Plan and execute Google Ads (Search/Performance Max) for priority geographies and LinkedIn Ads for consultant/EPC personas; manage budgets, audiences, and creative tests.

c) Organic Social / Community (LinkedIn-first)

Create and schedule thought-leadership and proof content (project wins, site installs, standards updates, training clips) on LinkedIn; coordinate with sales team members for field insights. (Scheduling/content creation adapted from sample.)

Nurture communities via industry associations and training events; social listening for competitor/spec updates .

d) Email / Marketing Automation

Build segmented email journeys (consultants, EPCs, PMCs, contractors) for spec updates, case studies, webinars, and re-engagement; manage sender hygiene and UTM governance.

e) Content & Collateral

Produce and repurpose case studies, spec sheets, technical primers, webinar slides, short explainer videos; collaborate with designers/photographers. (Creative collaboration and basic design/video skills adapted from sample.)

f) Events / Webinars Support

Run webinar promotion calendars; build registration pages, reminder/thank-you sequence; ensure sales follow up SLAs on attendees.

g) Analytics & Reporting

Weekly performance review across channels

h) Sales Enablement

Create battlecards, objection-handling one-pagers, and consultant-friendly slide snippets; align digital plays with ongoing branding/PR and regional sales motions.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 2- 5 years experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Hands-on with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn/Google Ads, email marketing, and analytics dashboards. (SEO/SEM, Google Ads/email skills adapted from sample.)
  • Tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Canva/Photoshop.
  • Strong written Indian English; ability to simplify technical concepts for consultants/EPCs.
  • Collaboration with sales engineers and vendors; disciplined reporting.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic video

    editing/graphics; familiarity with e-commerce CMS

  • Exposure to

    Meta

    (for employer branding) secondary to LinkedIn
