Sales Engineer Automation Solutions Minimum Experience: Experience in marketing and sales of automation products such as: PLC Control Panels HMI SCADA VFD Servo Motors, etc. Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Automation Products including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Servo Systems Understanding of technical specifications and client requirements Experience in handling tenders and technical documentation Proficiency in technical communication and correspondence with clients Understanding of market trends, product positioning, and marketing strategy Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for automation products Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of sales processes Prepare and maintain sales documentation, MIS reports, and customer databases as per company standards Organize and coordinate monthly sales review meetings Set agendas and prepare materials for technical discussions with clients Visit customer sites to understand requirements and promote company products Deliver presentations and demos on company products and services Prepare and send commercial/technical offers to clients Conduct primary negotiations and follow up with customers
