Job Description

Role & responsibilities

International Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and expand export business in

    Arab countries, North Africa, Turkey, and other targeted international markets

  • Identify, appoint, and manage

    dealers, distributors, and OEM customers

  • Conduct

    market research

    , competitor analysis, and product benchmarking
  • Achieve assigned

    sales targets, revenue, and market penetration goals

  • Participate in

    international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits

Technical Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Provide

    technical support

    to customers for pump & motor selection
  • Understand customer application requirements (head, discharge, motor rating, duty point, etc.)
  • Coordinate with

    design, production, and quality teams

    for customized product requirements
  • Handle

    technical discussions, presentations, and product approvals

Product Costing & Pricing

  • Prepare

    detailed product costing

    including:
    • Raw materials
    • Bought-out items
    • Manufacturing & overhead costs
    • Packaging, logistics, and export-related expenses
  • Finalize

    export pricing, quotations, and margin structures

  • Work closely with

    finance and production departments

    for cost control and profitability
  • Evaluate pricing strategies based on market and competition

Export Documentation & Order Execution

  • Coordinate with export team for:
    • Proforma invoices
    • LC / Advance payment terms
    • Packing lists, commercial invoices
  • Ensure smooth

    order execution, dispatches, and delivery timelines

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Support development of

    marketing materials

    , catalogues, and technical datasheets
  • Promote company brand and products in international markets
  • Suggest new product development based on market feedback
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business

Preferred candidate profile

  • Mandatory experience in

    export / international markets

  • Exposure to

    Gulf, Middle East, Africa, or Turkey markets

    preferred
  • Strong experience in

    product costing and pricing

    is essential

Technical & Professional Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of:
    • Submersible borewell pumps & motors
    • Hydraulic performance and motor ratings
    • International pump standards and customer requirements
  • Strong understanding of

    manufacturing cost structure

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple markets

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Good command of

    English

    (Arabic language knowledge is an advantage)
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, ERP systems, and costing sheets
