Job Summary:


The Sales Director – Account Management will lead strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across key accounts. This role involves developing account strategies, nurturing executive-level relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding existing business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Track key performance metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Negotiate large-scale renewals and contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent client experiences and post-sale service quality.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Client Success.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
