Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Define and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent team performance.
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategy.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and motivational programs.

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key investors.
  • Drive end-to-end deal closures for high-value residential and commercial projects.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-sale engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle escalations effectively.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present forecasts to management.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to optimize sales funnel and conversion ratios.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales
