We democratize enterprise-grade security operations for organizations of all sizes by lowering the barrier to entry while raising the bar for security and service.


Sales Director


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive NopalCyber’s

    sales strategy, planning, and execution

    across assigned territories or verticals.
  • Achieve and exceed

    annual revenue and growth targets

    through direct and channel sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships within the

    CIO, CTO, and CISO communities

    , leveraging existing networks to accelerate business expansion.
  • Serve as the

    executive point of contact

    for key clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic

    go-to-market (GTM) plans

    , aligning with organizational goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor regional sales managers and account executives to deliver high-quality customer engagements and proposals.
  • Oversee

    solution positioning and value articulation

    for all cybersecurity services including MXDR, ASM, BAS, Advisory, and Managed Security offerings.
  • Lead

    consultative discussions

    with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity landscape, identify gaps, and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate

    scoping, pricing, and proposal development

    for client opportunities.
  • Oversee

    partner ecosystem management

    , including identification, enablement, and joint sales execution with key channel partners.
  • Establish quarterly and annual sales forecasts and maintain clear visibility of pipeline and revenue projections via CRM governance.
  • Ensure

    sales operations discipline

    , including opportunity qualification, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy.
  • Stay updated on

    cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies

    to position NopalCyber as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Represent NopalCyber in industry forums, customer events, and executive meetings to reinforce brand presence and market credibility.
  • Drive

    cross-functional collaboration

    with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of overall experience

    , with

    8+ years in solution-based technology sales

    and

    5+ years in sales leadership roles

    .
  • Proven success in driving

    enterprise sales and revenue growth

    within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as

    MDR, NDR, EDR, EPP, SIEM, Cloud Security, Network Security, Threat Intelligence, Managed Security Services, Security Operations, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, and Security Policies & Procedures.

  • Broad knowledge of

    IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud architectures.

  • Excellent

    communication, consultative, and presentation skills

    with executive-level presence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an outcome-focused approach.
