Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor, and scale a large Inside Sales team managing India and US regions.

● Own and deliver on sales targets across multiple product categories.

● Strategize and execute initiatives to optimize conversion rates, team productivity, and customer experience.

● Build strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive pipeline growth and category performance.

● Ensure consistent sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting for leadership reviews. ● Drive sales discipline and accountability across teams through structured review mechanisms.

● Identify new growth opportunities and best practices to enhance overall sales efficiency.

● Coach managers and team leads to build scalable, high-performing sales processes.

Requirements

● 10–15 years of experience in EdTech or related industries.

● Proven experience in managing large, distributed sales teams and multi-category operations.

● Prior exposure to higher ticket size sales or long sales cycle programs (e.g., Executive Education, Global Courses).

● Strong understanding of sales operations, funnel metrics, and conversion managemen. Hands-on of Zoho.

● Excellent people management and leadership skills — ability to motivate and drive high energy teams.

● Strong communication and data-driven decision-making ability.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 6-day work week environment.
