Sales Director

• Drive end-to-end sales activities from prospecting, qualification, and proposal development to negotiation and closure
• Lead customer acquisition efforts primarily in the US market, ensuring consistent growth in new logos and revenue.
• Identify and engage with promising prospects through networking, events, referrals, and social channels.
• Manage and mentor a team of inside sales professionals, guiding their goals, performance, and career growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and performance-focused.
• Represent Talentica at international industry events, fostering relationships and building the brand presence.
• Maintain detailed records of opportunities, pipeline health, and sales performance using CRM tools.

• 8 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in field sales for IT services or technology companies.

• Strong field sales expertise with frequent international travel (once every 10 15 days)
• Proven success in selling IT services (excluding banking and SaaS domains).
• Hands-on experience managing revenue targets of $500K+ ( 5 Cr+), with a strong record of achievement.
• Experience working across US, UK, APAC, Europe, and India markets.
• Deep familiarity with US territory and its regional nuances.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Balanced experience in hunting (50%) and farming (50%) sales roles.
• Data-driven sales approach, with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience managing or mentoring inside sales teams is desirable.
• Valid US B1/B2 visa (minimum 24 months validity).

• Experience selling AI/Data services or working with tech-driven product companies.
• Achieved $1M+ in annual revenue targets.
• Exposure to strategic or key account management.
• Certification or formal training in sales methodologies like Miller Heiman or RAIN.
• Prior experience working with startups or high-growth technology firms.
