We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales expertise, and leadership skills to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions sector.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
· Generate leads through networking, partnerships, and market research.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
· Understand client requirements, propose tailored IT solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
Sales Leadership:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
· Conduct performance reviews, set sales goals, and develop training programs.
· Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Market Strategy & Analysis:
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
· Provide insights and recommendations to management for product and service improvements.
· Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Reporting & Forecasting:
· Track and analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
· Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 8–10 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (Web & Mobile Custom Software Development, SaaS, cloud, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, etc.).
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
