Responsibilities: Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role. Conduct cold calling to clients; proactively address client needs, build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to clients using the company's trading platforms or systems. Stay updated on financial market trends and communicate market updates to clients clearly and effectively. Follow the company’s compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters. Requirements and Skills: At least 1-2 years of Account Manager experience in Conversion/Retention position in a financial services company is highly advantageous. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), and additional proficiency in Gujarati is a plus. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
