Sales Director

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Mentor and train sales executives to enhance performance and productivity.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Generate regular reports and insights for senior management.
• Work closely with marketing and project teams to align strategies.
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency across the sales operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  7 years of experience

  in real estate sales, with at least

  3 years in a leadership or managerial role
