Adaps is looking for an experienced Pega LSA Delivery Lead to spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, solutioning, sales, team building, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC and Pega-based applications, with at least 3-5 years in a Lead System Architect (LSA) or similar role. You should have a proven track record of managing and leading large-scale Pega projects across various domains such as financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Technical proficiency is key for this role, and you should possess deep knowledge of Pega PRPC (version 7.x and above), Pega BPM, Pega Decisioning, and Pega Cloud. Expertise in Pega Rule-based design, integration (SOAP, REST, JMS), data management, and familiarity with tools for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) like Jenkins is required. Strong skills in Java, SQL, and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS are essential.
