Pega LSA Delivery Lead

As a Pega LSA Delivery Lead at Adaps, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, solutioning, sales, team building from scratch, and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. With a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC and Pega-based applications, including at least 3-5 years in a Lead System Architect (LSA) or similar role, you will lead large-scale Pega projects across various domains such as financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Your technical expertise should include deep knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, Pega Decisioning, and Pega Cloud, along with proficiency in Pega Rule-based design, integration, data management, Java, SQL, and web technologies.
