Senior / Lead Business Analyst Pega Smart Dispute

Job Description: You will be a highly experienced Pega Senior/Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Smart Dispute (Visa/MasterCard dispute workflows). Your role will involve bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation to ensure successful delivery of Pega-based solutions in the banking and financial services domain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Pega Smart Dispute projects. - Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technology teams to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications. - Define and refine user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate grooming sessions and ensure proper story elaboration following Agile/Scrum methodology. - Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure solution feasibility and traceability. - Provide domain and functional advisory on Visa and MasterCard dispute processing rules and regulations. - Participate in UAT planning, execution support, and defect triaging. - Ensure all solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements. - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams across the SDLC. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in Pega platforms. - Hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers or Acquirers. - Strong understanding of Visa and MasterCard dispute workflows, chargeback lifecycle, and dispute resolution processes. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and writing effective user stories. - Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio, etc. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
