Pega LSA Delivery Lead

Adaps is looking for an experienced Pega LSA Delivery Lead to spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Pega solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, solutioning, sales, team building, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC and Pega-based applications, with at least 3-5 years in a Lead System Architect (LSA) or similar role. You should have a proven track record of managing and leading large-scale Pega projects across various domains such as financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Technical proficiency is key for this role, and you should possess deep knowledge of Pega PRPC (version 7.x and above), Pega BPM, Pega Decisioning, and Pega Cloud. Expertise in Pega Rule-based design, integration (SOAP, REST, JMS), data management, and familiarity with tools for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) like Jenkins is required. Strong skills in Java, SQL, and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS are essential. Experience in application security, performance tuning, and scalability considerations in Pega applications is also highly desirable. A Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is a must for this role, along with other Pega certifications like Pega Senior System Architect. Additional industry certifications such as Agile, Scrum, and TOGAF are considered advantageous. As a leader, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in client-facing roles, managing project deliverables, timelines, and escalations is beneficial. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, as well as a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, is required. Certification in Agile/Scrum is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in delivering Pega solutions in a cloud-based environment, familiarity with Pega Robotics and integration with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in application development. Exposure to other platforms or tools like Java and .NET would be advantageous.
