Adaps is seeking a highly skilled and motivated .Net Developer to join our dynamic product development team. You will be responsible for building and modernizing scalable applications, engaging in product ideation, and leveraging the latest technologies to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation, an innovative mindset, and a passion for collaborating in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the scrum team to design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable product and platform solutions using the latest .NET frameworks (.Net Core, .Net 5/6).
• Contribute actively to product development, ensuring a strong understanding of business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Engage in all scrum ceremonies, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Take the lead in modernizing existing .NET applications, adopting best practices, and preparing for future cloud migration to Azure.
• Define acceptance criteria, contribute to project planning and estimations, and ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Research, validate, and implement new ideas, technologies, and practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Develop web applications using ASP.NET, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js), ensuring responsive and user-centric designs.
• Design efficient application architectures with scalable database integrations (SQL, Entity Framework) to handle large volumes of data.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of complex features, including security integrations (SSO), testing, deployment, and support in production environments.
• Collaborate across functional teams, foster stakeholder engagement, and contribute to building a culture of innovation, accountability, and learning while leveraging Azure services and DevOps practices.
