Solution Engineer - Presales

Role Overview: As a Solution Engineer - Presales at Adaps, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, lead technical discussions, and deliver solution proposals and demonstrations. You will be responsible for designing custom solutions that meet client needs, creating proof-of-concepts, and ensuring technical feasibility in coordination with Delivery / COEs. Additionally, you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to develop compelling solutions and support with technical documentation and RFP responses. Your role will also involve conducting internal knowledge-sharing sessions and customer presentations to enhance team capabilities and promote solution best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales to gather customer requirements and drive technical discussions - Design custom solutions aligned with client needs and create proof-of-concepts - Work with Delivery / COEs to ensure technical feasibility - Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams - Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and RFP responses - Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and customer presentations for training and enablement Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field - 4 - 7 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, and technical consulting Additional Details: At Adaps, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and modern working environment.
