We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) Executive with 3-10 years of experience to drive lead generation and pipeline development. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, ultimately setting appointments for the sales team.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Pipeline Development: Collaborate with sales teams to build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Meet/exceed lead generation goals and provide regular activity reports.
• Must have strong cold-calling experience in the international market (US/Canada preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales / lead generation.
• Ability to set qualified appointments (discovery/demo) with decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication – clear, confident, and persuasive.
• Experience using CRM & dialer tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Kixie).
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach (80–100+ calls per day).
• Skilled in objection handling and keeping conversations value-driven.
• Capable of writing short, professional prospecting emails.
• Exposure to FMCG / Distribution / Food & Beverage verticals is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with US time zones.
