Job Description

Role Overview: As an energetic self-starter, your primary role will be to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. By responding to inbound interests and reaching out to targeted outbound prospects, you will be responsible for discovering qualified opportunities and establishing long-term relationships to build rapport. Key Responsibilities: - Call potential clients in mid-market to enterprise company segments across North America and Europe, using proven sales methods to generate qualified leads for leading IT software, product, and consulting services. - Engage in fluent conversations with both business and technical executives, as well as senior managers. - Manage client programs and campaigns effectively. - Meet or exceed targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads. - Record all sales activities in the CRM system. - Provide valuable feedback and recommendations on company marketing efforts, based on direct experience. - Attend and actively participate in training sessions as required to achieve objectives. - Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Internet resources and PC applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and popular CRM packages like Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, etc. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. - Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
