Sales Development Representative

Location: Kadavanthara, Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing tech agency. With 10+ years of experience delivering innovative digital and software solutions, we are now expanding our global reach — and we need a talented professional to help us connect with potential clients, qualify high-value leads, and drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and shortlist potential clients across target markets using modern digital tools.
  • Conduct outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce LSD Production’s tech and digital solutions.
  • Understand client needs and evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, activity logs, and pipeline updates in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams to align strategies and enhance lead quality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Track weekly performance metrics — leads generated, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Participate in ongoing training and adopt new strategies to improve outreach and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within a tech, IT, or software development environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of software, digital services, and IT solutions.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and target-focused.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales and pipeline management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
