We are looking for a high-energy, persistent, and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site. This is not a "behind the desk" remote job. You will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for sparking interest with potential clients through heavy outbound activity, relentless follow-up, and face-to-face networking at industry events. Your primary goal is to qualify leads and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls and personalized messaging (Email, LinkedIn, SMS) to engage prospects. Appointment Setting: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to book introductory meetings for the Account Executive team. Relentless Follow-Up: Manage a dense pipeline of prospects, ensuring no lead goes cold through consistent and creative follow-up strategies. Event Networking: Attend local and national industry events, trade shows, and mixers to engage prospects in person, collect contact info, and build the top of the funnel. In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams in real-time to refine scripts, sharing what’s working on the floor. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in [CRM Name, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]. Qualifications Strong Communication: You are confident on the phone, excellent at writing messages, and professional in person. Resilience: You have a thick skin and a positive attitude; "No" is just an invitation to try a different angle. Energy & Presence: You enjoy being in an office environment and are comfortable walking up to strangers at events to start a conversation. Organizational Skills: Ability to track hundreds of leads and follow up at the exact right moment.
