Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth, specifically in the IT and digital services domain. Candidates without prior IT sales experience are welcome, but must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (web development, digital marketing, cloud solutions, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, leads, and potential clients.
• Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, and social media.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks customized to client requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline via CRM tools, track progress and follow up on leads.
• Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet sales targets and report weekly/monthly performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Note: Candidates with no experience in IT Sales will be offered a lower probation period salary, with a confirmed hike upon successful completion and performance review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,440.43 - ₹46,870.77 per month
