Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Technician with around 2 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in system administration and networking, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain IT systems and infrastructure efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support servers and systems (Windows/Linux). Install and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs). Perform basic system backups, software updates, and patch management. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues. Assist in implementing security measures including firewalls and antivirus tools. Manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Group Policy). Maintain IT inventory and support procurement processes. Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner. Document IT processes and system configurations. Collaborate with other teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Around 2 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration. Basic to intermediate knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux systems. Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration. Exposure to configuring and managing switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks. Understanding of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V preferred). Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Bash) is a plus.
