Key responsibilities Content storytelling: Collaborate with content creators to brainstorm and conceptualize engaging narratives for marketing campaigns—crafting stories that connect, convert, and stick Video production & editing: Own the end-to-end production process—from camera operation and lighting setup to on-set direction. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos (short-form and long-form) that capture attention and drive results Contribute to brand visual language : Partner with the Visual Designer to experiment with trending styles, formats, and editing techniques that elevate content performance. Apply and evolve a consistent visual style across video assets to strengthen brand identity Collaborate with Product Design: Occasionally support the product design team by crafting micro-interactions or UX motion elements that enhance in-app storytelling and bring delight to user experiences. Who we’re looking for? 3-5 years of experience in short & long form video production and editing, preferably in a performance advertising role. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve or other industry-standard tools. (Well versed in Davinci Resolve is plus+ Strong proficiency in Camera handling, lighting, and composition techniques.R A creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling and detail. As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering our office and site team members on how to effectively utilize our Construction SaaS Project Management Product. Role As an Implementation Associate in the Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the initial client onboarding and process setup on the Powerplay platform. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve BRB (Business Requirement Board) tickets, ensuring that clients construction workflows are mapped, configured, and optimized within our software. This includes creating and customizing GANTT views, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) views, and translating complex construction processes into actionable digital workflows. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide hands-on support, and ensure a seamless transition from traditional processes to Powerplays digital ecosystem. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires technical acumen, process understanding, and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve BRB tickets related to client onboarding and process digitization. Map and configure construction project schedules using GANTT charts, ensuring accurate task sequencing, dependencies, and resource allocation. Set up and customize BOQ views for clients, enabling precise cost estimation, procurement, and progress tracking. Understand and document end-to-end construction processes, translating them into digital workflows on the Powerplay platform. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct needs assessments, and provide training/support during the implementation phase. Coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients during the initial setup and handover phases. Skills Strong understanding of construction project management fundamentals, including scheduling, resource planning, and cost estimation. Proficiency in interpreting and creating GANTT charts for construction projects, with knowledge of dependencies, critical path, and resource allocation along with familiarity with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) concepts, cost tracking, and procurement workflows in construction. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down complex construction processes into actionable steps. Proficiency in using construction management software or project management tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and training. Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Performance Success in this role will be measured by: Timeliness and accuracy in resolving BRB tickets and completing client onboarding. Quality and completeness of GANTT and BOQ setups for client projects. Client satisfaction and feedback during and after the onboarding process. Contribution to process improvement and documentation for future implementations. Effective collaboration with internal teams and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Eligibility: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome).
