We are on a mission to help a million+ consumer brands with automated sales and user acquisition via omni channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/Email and SMS)

Position Overview:

At BusinessOnBot, we are building the go-to AI powered Omnichannel marketing and support platform for India’s fastest-growing D2C and E-com ecosystem. We’re now looking to add a SDR to our team who thrives on hustle, persistence, and scaling outbound pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with outbound sales. If you’re someone who loves cracking ICPs, doesn’t shy away from cold calls, and can craft outreach that cuts through the noise—this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Smartly: Build, refine, and prioritise ICP lists using lead-gen tools.
  • Run Multi-Channel Outreach: Launch and manage personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calls - with 75+ touches/day.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Own discovery conversations, qualify against BANT/CHAMP criteria, map pains, and book sales-qualified meetings for AEs.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging: Write cold email subject lines, InMail hooks, and call scripts that consistently drive >30% reply rates.
  • Measure & Optimise: Log every activity, track campaign performance, A/B test messaging weekly, and iterate quickly.
  • Feed Market Intel: Share real-time insights on objections, competitor plays, and campaign performance to strengthen GTM strategy.
  • Hit & Exceed Targets: Consistently deliver SQL and pipeline quotas, and celebrate wins with the team.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • 1–3 years in SDR/BDR roles at B2B SaaS companies, with proven outbound success (≥$500K pipeline created/quarter).
  • Fluent and comfortable with cold calling (75+/day) and creating high-impact outbound emails.
  • Strong experience with sales tools: CRM, sequencing tools, etc.
  • Sharp research ability—you know how to dissect org charts, tech stacks, and funding in minutes.
  • Persistence and resilience—a “never give up” approach to objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (bonus if fluent in Hindi for Indian D2C/e-commerce brands).

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to selling into e-commerce, D2C, and MarTech buyers.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI/Conversational AI concepts—can explain “chatbots vs agents” in simple language.
  • Basic data analysis ability using Google Sheets to view and self-serve performance insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
