About the job: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide front-line support to our enterprise customers, troubleshoot issues involving APIs, scripts, and databases, and collaborate cross-functionally with our product, support, and success teams. You should have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions to complex technical problems. Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective technical support to B2B clients via email, Slack, and ticketing systems (Jira). 2. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to our SaaS platform, APIs, integrations, and backend systems 3. Run and modify scripts to diagnose problems, automate tasks, or provide temporary workarounds. 4. Investigate database issues by writing SQL queries and analyzing data across different environments. 5. Work with product, customer success, and customer support teams to escalate bugs, track fixes, and provide client feedback. 6. Assist with onboarding technical integrations and API usage best practices. 7. Maintain and contribute to internal and external technical documentation. 8. Participate in an on-call rotation, as required, to support mission-critical customer needs. Requirements: 1. Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful), including authentication, and tools like Postman. 2. Experience writing and running scripts (e.g., Python, Node.js ) for automation and diagnostics. 3. Proficiency with SQL and experience querying relational databases(e, MySQL). 4. Familiarity with log analysis and debugging tools. 5. Experience using Jira for ticket management and workflow tracking. 6. Proficiency in using Slack for team collaboration. 7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
