Design high-quality graphics and visuals (static and motion-based) for social media posts, ads, and campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling narratives, reels, and short-form content. Monitor trends, social media algorithms, and engagement metrics to optimize performance. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a brand, agency, or startup environment. Strong understanding of content creation, UGC marketing, and community building. Basic to advanced skills in graphic design (GD) tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
