Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. Manage content planning, posting schedules, and community interactions across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Create and oversee User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to boost organic reach and audience participation. Design high-quality graphics and visuals (static and motion-based) for social media posts, ads, and campaigns. Edit and produce engaging video content such as reels, short-form videos, and promotional clips using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling narratives, reels, and short-form content. Monitor trends, social media algorithms, and engagement metrics to optimize performance. Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a vibrant online community. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a brand, agency, or startup environment. Strong understanding of content creation, UGC marketing, and community building. Basic to advanced skills in graphic design (GD) tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Hands-on experience in video editing (VE) software like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of SEO, content marketing.
