Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
Execute outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls) to engage potential leads and generate interest in CultureXs platform. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executive team. Personalize messaging based on industry verticals, geographies, and company size. Collaborate closely with AEs and the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and improve conversion rates. Maintain and update lead and prospect data accurately in CRM systems like HubSpot. Be proactive in experimenting with new outreach tactics and sharing learnings with the team.
