We're now looking for an experienced leader to take over holistic oversight of our 10-member sales and marketing team, which we've aggressively ramped up over the last 12 months. Responsibilities From a sales perspective, you'll be expected to: Relentlessly drive our journey to 1000 logos by creating a repeatable sales motion and reducing founder-led sales. Generate, track, and report on sales metrics. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, commissions and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients from founders to finance managers. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Drive pricing discussions with founders, customers and product teams. From a Marketing Perspective, You'll Be Expected To Oversee the 5-member marketing team and budget (events, community, website, SEO, content, product marketing and more). Strategic marketing planning: developing marketing strategies that align with Inkle's goals and target audience of early-stage tech companies. Product positioning: ensuring product positioning of our SaaS products to highlight their unique features and benefits. Demand generation: overseeing the creation and execution of campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Budget management: setting KPIs and targets for the 5+ member marketing team, and forecasting and owning the budget needed to deliver them Content creation: overseeing creating, editing, and curating content, ads, landing pages, and email. SEO audits: Performing SEO audits. Content calendar: Managing a content calendar. PPC: Managing PPC. Requirements 5-10 years years of work experience, ideally in the US B2B SaaS domain. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. Burning desire to drive the sales processes from planning to closure. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
