Company Overview: Blueneba Technologies is a growing solar EPC company operating across MP, UP, and NCR. We focus on residential and commercial rooftop solar solutions under the PM Suryaghar Yojana. With a dynamic 25-member team, we're on a mission to make clean energy accessible and affordable. Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to build and manage our online presence, generate quality leads, and drive brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Design and manage lead generation funnels tailored to residential and commercial solar customers. Develop content strategies for social media, email marketing, blogs, and landing pages. Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion metrics. Oversee SEO, SEM, and Google My Business performance. Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on ROI. Collaborate with designers and external agencies as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in solar, real estate, or D2C. Proven track record of running successful Meta and Google ad campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, CRM). Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly.
