We’ve built our MVP, onboarded early users from funds and family offices, and are now growing fast. About the Role We're looking for a Content Marketing Designer who can write and design. Someone who can turn ideas into posts, lead magnets, blogs, and micro-videos that people actually want to read, share, and follow. You’ll be the voice and visual identity of JcurveIQ across LinkedIn, landing pages, and lead magnets. This is a high-visibility, high-creativity role. What You’ll Do Write, design, and publish LinkedIn content (carousels, posts, memes, charts, short videos) Create lead magnets (PDFs, checklists, case studies, swipe files) Write blogs and SEO content on topics like financial red flags, research productivity, and equity analysis Design beautiful, brand-aligned assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page Help shape our visual and verbal brand identity What You’ll Own Editorial calendar — Plan, draft, and ship weekly LinkedIn posts, red-flag breakdowns, and founder diaries that map to our Step 3 content strategy. Analyst-grade long-form — Write blog essays, white papers, and “10-K in 60 seconds” summaries that showcase our forensic depth. Lead magnets & PDFs — Create gated assets such as “Top 10 financial red flags in the S&P 500” to grow the waitlist. Video & demo scripts — Craft storyboards and talking points for 2-minute Loom or YouTube walkthroughs. Email & LinkedIn sequences — Collaborate with growth to refine cold-outreach copy and nurture drips. Social media posts Tone guardianship — Ensure every asset sounds clear, authoritative, and worth a PM’s time. It unifies filings, transcripts, models, and notes with line-by-line citations, surfaces accounting risks, answers questions across documents, and exports IC-ready outputs with enterprise controls. The vision is continuous ingestion, an analyst copilot, and a firmwide knowledge graph that powers idea generation and risk mapping. Role overview You will help us open doors, book meetings, and create pipeline. The work mixes cold calling, in-person outreach in your city, and hands-on marketing support. You will work directly with the founder and see your work ship every week. Responsibilities Cold calling and meeting setting Build lead lists for hedge funds, family offices, RIAs, research boutiques, and adjacent finance firms using LinkedIn, websites, and directories. Write and iterate 3 to 5 calling scripts by ICP and role. Make daily calls, handle objections, and secure 15 to 30 minute discovery calls. Leave concise voicemails and send same-day follow up emails or LinkedIn messages. Qualify prospects using simple criteria: fit, problem, timing, and decision path. Door-to-door and field outreach Map local targets in your city such as wealth managers, research shops, incubators, coworking spaces, and finance programs at universities. Conduct in-person visits with a one-page leave-behind and a 45-second pitch. Collect business cards, secure follow up times, and log every visit in the CRM. Support small meetups or coffee chats to demo the product on a laptop or iPad. Marketing execution Draft short landing pages and one-pagers tailored to analysts and CIOs. Write and post 2 to 3 LinkedIn updates per week from templates. Repurpose call learnings into short case notes or FAQs for the website. Coordinate simple email sequences and A/B tests, track open and reply rates. Help prepare event materials: flyers, sign-up forms, short demo videos. Sales operations and reporting Maintain clean CRM records with contact, stage, next step, and dates. Build weekly dashboards: calls made, connects, meetings booked, show rate, and reasons for no-shows. Run list hygiene every Friday and remove bounces or duplicates. Prepare weekly summary notes with top objections and suggested fixes. Research and product feedback Capture user problems from calls and visits; tag them by theme. Propose changes to scripts, onboarding steps, or messaging based on patterns. Help recruit 3 to 5 beta users for structured feedback sessions each month. Partnerships and events Identify service providers to hedge funds and propose intro paths. Help organize small roundtables or virtual sessions with 5 to 8 attendees. Manage RSVP lists and post-event follow ups. Requirements Clear spoken and written English. Comfortable on the phone and in person. Persistence and organization. You can run daily activity targets and update the CRM without nudges. Strong writing. You can turn features into simple benefits and concise scripts. Basic tools: Google Sheets, Notion or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar, Canva or Figma, Loom. Curiosity about equity research and public markets. Prior finance experience is a plus but not required. What success looks like in the next 90 days 500 new, clean ICP contacts added to the CRM. 30 to 50 qualified meetings booked and confirmed on calendar. Repeatable outbound sequence with at least 8 percent positive reply rate. One referenceable mini case study from a beta user you sourced. A tidy dashboard that leadership can review weekly. Location and Hours Remote with field outreach in your city when relevant. Prefer 2 to 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern time on weekdays.
