Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Lead to manage site surveys, solar installations, and quality checks in the Gurgaon region. This is a hands-on field role essential to successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rooftop site surveys to assess feasibility and readiness. Lead solar installation activities with a focus on safety and quality. Perform post-installation inspections and quality control. Coordinate with internal teams and manage technicians on-site. Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
