Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert with at least 5 years of experience in driving digital strategy, execution, and analytics. The ideal candidate will combine proven expertise in digital campaigns with a willingness to roll up their sleeves, explore unconventional channels, and even support on-ground sales initiatives where required. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across website, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email, and WhatsApp campaigns. Manage paid ad budgets and performance, with strong ROI and financial accountability. Optimize website presence, including dynamic elements and landing pages, to enhance visibility and lead generation. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to track, report, and continuously improve campaigns. Leverage AI-driven tools for marketing automation, content creation, and audience targeting. Drive LinkedIn growth with thought leadership, campaigns, and lead funnel building in the B2B steel sector. Experiment with unconventional digital and offline channels to support sales growth. Collaborate with leadership to align digital strategy with business objectives and recommend new opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to B2B or industrial sectors. Experience in B2B sales and marketing , especially if within the steel/ metals industry strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and web optimization. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva. Basic understanding of website design and CMS (WordPress/Wix/Shopify or similar). Strong financial sense in managing ad spend and marketing ROI. Interest in learning about the steel industry and varied product ranges and willingness to support on-ground sales.
