Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Lead at S.K. Agarwal & Co., you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy in the industrial sector, specifically focusing on steel and related industries. Your role will involve driving brand visibility, expanding market share, and leading customer acquisition initiatives across key verticals such as manufacturing, infrastructure, and engineering. Your deep understanding of industrial B2B dynamics, proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, and strong industry relationships will be crucial in driving growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Leadership:** - Develop and execute a cohesive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Identify emerging market opportunities and create strategic plans to capitalize on them. - **Brand & Market Presence:** - Strengthen brand visibility and positioning across industrial sectors through targeted campaigns, industry events, and digital outreach. - Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and networking forums to elevate the brand. - **Customer Acquisition & Business Development:** - Identify and approach potential clients currently sourcing from competitors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and influencers within the manufacturing, infrastructure, and engineering sectors. - Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts that align with long-term strategic goals. - **Team Leadership & Development:** - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. - Set clear KPIs and performance standards to ensure accountability and motivation. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. - **Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:** - Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Use insights to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value propositions. Qualification Required: - **Experience & Expertise:** - 5-15 years of progressive experience in B2B sales and industrial marketing, preferably within the steel, heavy manufacturing, or related sectors. - Proven ability to grow business with large industrial clients and convert competitor accounts. - Strong grasp of industrial procurement processes, buyer behavior, and supply chain dynamics. - **Network & Industry Understanding:** - Well-connected within the industrial ecosystem, with active relationships in manufacturing, infrastructure, and engineering sectors. - Insight into sector-specific challenges and the ability to position solutions accordingly. - **Leadership & Communication:** - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in managing and developing teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.,
