About the Role


Marketing & Sales Associate


This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy. It demands analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills. You will work closely with the CMO and the sales leadership team to identify opportunities, manage leads, close deals, and sustain relationships while ensuring SEESEC’s story is told compellingly across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
  • Drive lead generation from multiple online and offline channels.
  • Convert gathered contacts/leads into active discussion accounts for the sales team. You’ll be responsible for achieving monthly targets based on successful conversions.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to initiate interest.
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring steady lead progression.
  • Manage after-sales relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reports.
Marketing and Growth Operations
  • Contribute to content strategy and write engaging blogs, case studies, and campaign copy.
  • Manage social media marketing for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, including calendar planning, caption writing, creative coordination, and engagement tracking.
  • Assist in SEO optimization through keyword research, on-page improvements, and analytics tracking.
  • Coordinate marketing design tasks with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Execute and manage marketing automation workflows across platforms.
  • Support in event planning, partnerships, and online campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
What You Bring to the Table


  • Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. If you can make cold calls sound warm, you already have our attention.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • A mix of creativity and hustle. You can plan a campaign in the morning and close a deal by lunch.
  • A strong interest in technology and how it transforms businesses.
