Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities and connect with them through phone calls, in-person meetings etc Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including commercial businesses, homeowners, and other relevant stakeholders. Understand customer needs, propose appropriate solar energy solutions, and negotiate contract. Product Knowledge and Expertise : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in solar energy technology, products, and services. Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's solar solutions and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers. Sales Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management. Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Technical Knowledge : Computer proficiency, MS Office, Preference will be given to candidates having experience with CRM software. 2. Sales Skills : Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management. 3. Industry Experience : Prior experience in the solar industry sector is advantageous 4.
