Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and targets to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the solar energy sector. Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities and connect with them through phone calls, in-person meetings etc
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including commercial businesses, homeowners, and other relevant stakeholders. Understand customer needs, propose appropriate solar energy solutions, and negotiate contract.
Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in solar energy technology, products, and services. Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's solar solutions and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management. Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Technical Knowledge: Computer proficiency, MS Office, Preference will be given to candidates having experience with CRM software.
2. Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
3. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the solar industry sector is advantageous
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
5. Willing to travel for related works
6. Two Wheeler Conveyance preferred

UG: Any Graduate
