RFP Analyst

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative RFP Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to support the end-to-end proposal and RFP response process across multiple verticals. The RFP Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and subject matter experts to prepare high-quality, client-focused responses. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and response timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate and timely input for proposal responses.
• Prepare and format responses, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain and update the proposal content library to ensure up-to-date, reusable content.
• Collaborate with sales and proposal managers to refine win themes and value propositions.
• Track RFP progress using project tracking tools or proposal platforms.
• Support post-submission follow-ups, clarifications, and documentation as needed.
• Contribute to proposal process improvements and automation efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ coordination, proposal writing, or sales support roles.
• Experience working across industry verticals such as technology, healthcare, finance, utilities, or government.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex RFP documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Responsive.io) is a plus.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience working in a centralized proposal or sales enablement team.
• Familiarity with bid management best practices (e.g., APMP, Shipleys) is a plus.
