Job Title: Social Media Manager Total Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in social media management Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, for B2B companies in the technology, consulting, or professional services sectors. Expertise in creating engaging content that aligns with brand strategy and resonates with a professional audience. Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and strategies to grow engagement and followers. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience in one or more of the following domains is required: Utilities, Banking, Finance, or Public Sector. Location: Remote Technical Know-How: Proficient in social media management tools. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn’s business tools and analytics dashboard. Familiarity with content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for developing engaging visuals. Experience in running paid social media campaigns and optimizing ROI. Familiarity with SEO practices, online marketing strategies, and content calendar management. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Job description : As the Social Media Manager at RIA Advisory, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company’s LinkedIn and social media presence. Your role will include creating engaging content, managing posts on a regular schedule, and developing strategies to grow followers. You will also be expected to manage analytics, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance engagement and visibility. Develop and manage a content strategy for LinkedIn that aligns with RIA Advisory’s business objectives and marketing efforts. Create visually appealing and insightful posts, including articles, thought leadership content, infographics, and videos. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively participate in relevant industry conversations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and content themes. Monitor and report on analytics, providing insights into follower growth, engagement, and content performance. Develop strategies to grow the company’s following by actively seeking out new opportunities for engagement. Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and new features to optimize the company’s social media presence. Proven track record in prospecting, identifying target audiences, creating compelling content, managing end-to-end campaigns, and achieving key performance indicators. Personal Skills : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking and an ability to adapt content to different audiences and formats. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
