Designation: Retail Head Location: Sector-56, Gurgaon Working Mode: WFO, (5.5 Days with Alternate Saturdays Off) Experience: 10+ Years in Premium / Luxury retail with atleast 3 Yrs in Leadership Role. Job Summary The Retail Head will be responsible for developing and executing the retail growth strategy across India, driving performance across our exclusive brand outlets (EBOs), and ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium positioning. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, data-driven, and passionate about building and scaling premium retail businesses. Key Responsibilities Retail Strategy & Expansion Define and execute the retail growth roadmap for the brand. Identify and evaluate new store locations (high streets, malls, premium marketplaces) in line with brand positioning. Lead negotiations for lease agreements, space planning, and store design in collaboration with design & visual merchandising teams. Sales & Performance Management Set and achieve sales and profitability targets across the retail network. Analyse store performance, footfall trends, and product sell-throughs to optimize assortment and marketing efforts. Drive retail KPIs including conversion rates, ATV, UPT, and store productivity. Customer Experience & Store Operations Implement SOPs to ensure consistent customer experience across all stores. Train and develop store teams to deliver premium service, product knowledge, and brand storytelling. Drive in-store CRM initiatives and loyalty programs to increase retention and repeat purchases. Team Leadership Lead and inspire a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and front-end staff. Recruit, onboard, and train talent aligned with the brand’s values and service ethos. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to plan retail campaigns, events, and collaborations. Partner with Merchandising & Planning for inventory management, stock rotation, and assortment planning. Liaise with Finance, HR, and Admin for budgeting, compliance, and team development. Key Requirements MBA or Graduate Degree in Business/Retail Management or related fields. 8-10 years of experience in retail, preferably in premium/luxury fashion, lifestyle, or accessories. Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service. Proven track record of driving store expansion and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Passion for fashion, premium products, and building customer-centric brands.
