📍 Location: Cattarpur , South Delhi | 🕒 Full-Time Role
Edge Fashions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Head to lead our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) across India.
If you are passionate about fashion retail, have a proven track record in sales, operations, and brand building, and can drive customer experience to the next level – we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute retail strategy for EBOs and MBOs
Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
Manage and mentor retail teams across locations
Build strong relationships with MBO partners and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
7 to 15 years of retail leadership experience (Designer/fashion/apparel/luxury industry preferred)
Strong business acumen and operational expertise
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
