Retail Head

• Full P&L ownership for all retail stores.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational KPIs across 100+stores.
• Lead store operations, merchandising, visual display, and customer experience.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless execution.
• Manage expansion strategy new store openings, marketentry, and ROI optimization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing retail team (regionalheads, store managers, staff).
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, andpolicies.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to maximize retail performance.
• Regular travel to monitor, review, and energize store teamsacross locations.

Requirements

• 12 to 18 years of experience in retail leadership roles(preferably furniture, lifestyle, or consumer durables).
• Strong exposure to P&L management, multi-storeoperations, and expansion.
• Hands-on leader with analytical, strategic, and peoplemanagement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
